Winter Wonderkids

Service Description

Winter time is a child's delight: snow flakes on lashes, snowy surfaces for sliding, building sculptures, tracking animals, etc. There is no end of fun and learning to be had. We are excited to open up our popular nature programming for the winter season. With access to a cozy in-door warming space as well as dynamic terrain for outdoor exploration and adventures, we are ready to embrace winter with your children. As with all our programs, we courage curiosity and fun, play and imagination, exploration and movement. We will build awareness and care for the natural world, personal and group awareness, and support individual passions and self-sufficiency. We foster these attributes through a set of core routines and nature-based activities. Participants will learn about wild spaces, community, cooperation and tending their inner wild. The program will run for 6 weeks beginning January 8th, 2024 - every Wednesday. If we have to cancel a session due to weather we will have make up dates Feb 19 and Feb 26).
