Become a Nature Facilitator

Casual, Part-Time Nature-Based Employment Opportunity

Do you find joy in the great outdoors? Are you passionate about guiding individuals, both young and adult, to expand their boundaries and acquire new skills? Do you thrive on teamwork, play, and creative pursuits? Perhaps you're seeking a change, a break from screens, craving human interaction and the joy of movement. If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you.

We're currently accepting applications for Program Facilitators. As our program offerings expand, we periodically welcome new nature leaders to our team. These part-time, flexible roles are ideal for individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and youth in outdoor settings. Our programs typically operate in seasonal cycles, spanning 6-8 weeks, and typically require a weekly commitment of 3-8 hours (varies by program).

In return, we offer competitive compensation, comprehensive training, and mentorship.
